Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection — Industrial Facility

Ghart Construction designed connections, fabricated, and erected a 1,200-tonne structural steel frame comprising primary and secondary beams, columns, crane girders, and roof purlins for an industrial processing facility. All welding was performed by certified welders to AWS D1.1 with 100% visual inspection and selective NDT.

The erection programme was executed safely using mobile cranes and man-access equipment. Zero lost-time incidents were recorded throughout the project.
