Industrial Warehouse Construction — Tema Logistics Park

Ghart Construction delivered a 3,600 m² industrial warehouse on a fast-track programme for a logistics operator in Tema. The structure uses a pre-engineered steel portal frame with insulated metal cladding, polished concrete floor slab, dock levellers, and full building services including LED lighting, electrical distribution, and fire protection.

The building was handed over within 20 weeks of construction start, enabling the client to commence operations ahead of the peak trading period.
